I pictured this specimen below today 2022-03-28 in my garden (Belgium, Wanze).
I could mesure it on pictures : 2,6mm

Is it possible to ID this Chalcidoidae ?

In the face view, the white spot doesn't seems to be a fake, I have it on all pictures !

Is this a male or a female ?

Also I could not find these drawings on the abdomen in the gallery ...
