 Scathophagidae but with great doubts

When I took this shot this afternoon, I thought it looked like a Scathophagidae, but now I'm not so sure. Not a great photo, fault of the strong wind blowing off the sea  . Thanks, Sarah |

I think it is a little bit unusual Sphaeroceridae.
