what fly?

2. june 2007, Copenhagen,Denmark.
I?ve submitted 2 pictures of this fly to the gallery in the firm belief, it was Phaonia scutellata, but experts tells me it may not be the case.

I think this fly could be Mydaea corni as pointed out by Stephane. The male.
