Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Bellin (east of Kiel), right by the lake Selenter See, many bushes and low vegetation, at Euonymus europaeus, 29th of May 2019, (Photos: kuv). [I found this midge only just at a photograph of a caterpillars cocoon of Yponomeuta cagnagella.] Please help to get the ID.
