Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Pinneberg-Waldenau near Hamburg, between a housing estate and an edge of the mixed forest Klövensteen (near by oaks, beeches, maples and pine trees), at an red and white barrier,length of the fly: 5.7 mm; 15th of May 2021. Outsidephotos: kuv.
Please help to get the ID.

The absence of apical d seta on t3 indicates F. sociella
