Found 10-6-2018 in Curacao..

Probably somewhere in here:

Thompson, W.R. 1963. The tachinids of Trinidad. III. The goniines with microtype eggs (Dipt. Tachinidae). Studia Entomologica 6: 257–404.

I do not have that reference, and the original 19th century descriptions of some of the common tropical species are not very useful for identification.

Clearly, it is Belvosia, Gonis or similar.

In the Central American key it goes to Choeteprosopa, but that genus is present only on the mainland according to the world checklist. It may be one of the genera only found in the Antilles and omitted from the key. You need the reference I mentioned earlier.
