Hi ohter-Insectforum, Last week I found a Cynipidae sp. and I thought it could be Cynips quercusfolii? For such a specie it was quite big, some 5 mm I guess.. It should be a female, what I understand.. and these generation is larger in size in the winter? I was wondering if someone can confirm this is C. quercusfolii? place: Amsterdam forest date: 14-12-2007 , 16.00 h Robert Heemskerk attached the following image: [90.22Kb] Edited by Robert Heemskerk on 24-12-2007 18:16 |
