 Euthycera alaris or stichospila ?

Hello I found yesterday this fly in a grassland part of a park where Medicago sativa is abundant. I think it's either Euthycera alaris or E. stichospila because of the wing pattern and the head spots shape, but I don't know how to distinguish this two species (wing pattern is supposed to be a little different ?). Both species or known to be mainly Mediterranean species, but E. stichospila has been recorded from Belgium and the North-East of France according to this article. However I don't know if E. alaris can be found far from the Mediterranean coast as for my specimen. Can you help me to identify the species ? I still have the fly so I can make other photos. Found in Gagny, Seine-Saint-Denis, Île-de-France, France on the 14th of October 2021 Body length : around 7 mm Thank you in advance. Edit : I found a determination key in this article and in a similar one in another. 7.
