Is this an Ephydrid, or maybe a more exotic family?

I'd start with Canacidae (Tethininae)

I tried to key this out, and ended up with Pelomyiella hungarica. The species seems to have a partial second generation, and has been found in this region at the end of September. This species seems to be present in Hungary, Slovakia and Austria (Neusiedler see area) only.

What do others think?
