Dear Dipterists,

I am new here and not (yet) proficient with Diptera, especially not with Nematocera … any idea what this could be?
To me, it seems like a Nematocera with greyish wings, thick and black legs and short antenna.

Found inside a house entrance next to a garden in Wangelin, Germany (coordinates 53.39501569505333, 12.182253520571145), 08/16/2019, ca 2 pm.

Thank you.

Reminds me of Pentheria, but I might be wrong.

This animal must be much smaller than Penthetria (compare 2nd picture), it has also longer antennae and different wing venation. I would say Cecidomyiidae.
