Like a mosquito: Cecidomyiid

Mosquito-like but I don't think this is a Culicidae because of the long antennae and body position. Very small, 3-4mm body length.

There's no chance of getting a name on this, but it's such a classic cecidomyid photo, it deserves to go in the gallery. Cool
