Should be a member of Hippoboscidae.
Is a further ID possible?
Could this be Lipoptena cervi?

Hello,

I think, now is the season for Lipoptena fortisetosa. Lipoptena cervi flies here in October/November.
Best regards,
Jürgen

Juergen is very right indeed ! Fortisetosa has been introduced with Japanese deer and has established itself both in Germany and the Czeck Reubplic.
