Hello,

a 2.5 mm fly at bee nesting help in our courtyard (northwest Germany) yesterday. Is it Chyromyidae? (Would be a new family for me.)

There is little details for serious considering, but yes, it is this family.

I suppose that should be Chyromya femorella / flava.
