Can anyone identify this fly? Not even sure which family it is. I looked through the Gallery and found several families that somewhat resembled it, but nothing exactly like it. Unfortunately only this one picture. Location: Arusha (northeastern Tanzania) Date: 16-05-2021 Thanks in advance.
