I caught this in a small park coastal area in Telemark, Norway on May 25th. Size: 6.5 mm.

It looks like Polideini (large pteropleural, hairy eyes, curved apex of vein M, frontals descending low on face). You don't have many of that tribe in Europe, so consider Lypha dubia.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
