Hello hello ! This family seems to lack a lot of datas, I'd like to focus on them a bit But I can't find any good tips about how to find them. I guess I should aim at zones with a good spiders diversity, but that's very vague. I tried to find the list of the species parasited by Acroceridae by Schlinger (2003) cited in the document ACROCERIDAE 42 (Small-headed Flies or Spider Flies), Jan. 2017 but it doesn't seems available online. For information, i'm in northern france. I hope i'm in the right channel ! Any tips to find those small beauties ? Thanks already ! |

I've had most (albeit limited) success by searching the foliage and twigs of isolated bushes in dry grassland, where lycosids were in abundance.
