I am almost certai this oe is Scatophaga sp, right ? But if so, is it possible to tell which one ?
Heron (Belgium? November 22 2007. Approx 8 mm.

PS What's the proper spelling, by the way : one finds Scatophaga and Scathophaga ?!

I believe Scathophaga is the accepted spelling.
