Does anyone know if the invoice mail comes directly or is it handled manually? As I said I sent it late last night and still haven't got the reply mail and I've check the spam. I could try the other bookshop, but I don't want to pay for two books. However, if the dutch site should send a late mail I guess I don't have an obligation to pay ... or!?

Hello,

In my opinion, this is handled manually. The person who answered me the second times asked whether I wanted a second copy. That means that she does that herself and that she notices the customers for the time being (we whould not be that numerous).

I will try to fix the messages this month. We have to make some other configuration changes before software goes out of support at end of year.
