The last is something completely different. Something must has gone wrong with ID and specimen and picture. This one is is tribus Mormiini/Paramormiini, possible genera are Mormia or Seoda. But I do bot yet know this species!

OK many thanks for your input on this. Just possibly I sent a specimen of a different fly to Phil, hence the confusion. I'm only an occasional visitor to this forum and no expert on really tiny flies.
